The beginning of Not-ness.
Not-ness is the state of not being a particular thing. I’m hoping to turn this into a state of being.
One problem I face every day is that I try so hard to identify what my surroundings are. What should I interpret from people’s behaviors or words, what is the history of certain antique, what’s the name of the color on the new 6 series Gran Coupe, what is the big idea behind a fancy storytelling, etc, etc.
The thought started when I look into the noise created by today’s social media and sharing economy. That’s a lot of identification and reinterpretations from all individuals. My surrounds seem to be more clear than ever, filled with answers and traces of links just for the answer-seeker to connect the dots.
Yet, I don’t seem to find a definite answer. The lacking of trust in authority and seemingly credible source of information is just the tip of the iceberg of an every growing complexity that governs my thought process.
Clarity is what arises as a solution to the conflict at hand.
Not-ness should now be Not-yet-ness.
And will soon to beome Ness.
